| One of our corporate missions is to provide continued
product support for lifetime of products. Under the motto
of "better, faster and cleaner", Hae In Corporation
has served customers with integrity and has gained confidence
from our customers. In September 1996, Hae In opened Indoor
Service shop in Chonan with area of 9,256㎡ building space
in 44,628㎡ total land size capable of servicing 30 machines
including construct equipment and engine simultaneously. |

| Service shop is equipped with latest technology machines
such as engine Dynamo Meta, Automatic Cleaning Machine,
Track Press, Hydraulic Impact Ranch, Injection Pump Tester,
Automatic Welding Machine and Testing Machine such as
Crankcase Pressure gage, Engine Pressure gage, and Transmission
tester group to ensure quality product support. |

as Hydraulic Track Press, Hydraulic Tolk Ranch
under the better, faster and cleaner motto.
Undercarriage Rebuild Service is carried out

decrease of the machine operating cost.

is the best way to keep repair costs down
and performance up. A detailed inspection
service, Hydraulic test is designed for today's
hydraulic-intensive machines and detects efficiency
loss early-so corrective action can be taken
before productivity is lost and costly repairs
are necessary. Dynamometer test examines engine
performance after repair services under same
out-door working condition analyzing the result
of the HP occurrence from the RPM of standard
criteria.

is conducting Contamination control program
under the regulation of ISO (International
Standard Organization) Caterpillar certified,
aimed at providing superior value to Caterpillar's
customers. This superior value can be realized
through the avoidance of component failures
and consequent longer component and product
lives, as well as, optimized productivity
throughout the product's life cycle.
Chonan Service Shop received "Contamination
Control 4 Star" Certification satisfying
90~94% of the contamination management specifications
in February 2004 from Caterpillar. We will
continue to improve our differentiated service
for our products to aim at ultimate customer
satisfaction.
