Hae In Corporation initiates business under the mission
of "Total product support" believing sale of
product is the beginning of the business since founded
in 1960. To accomplish our mission, we are operating DBS
(Dealer Business System / Caterpillar Parts support system)
to provide fast delivery which has a significant effect
on machine uptime, lower operating costs and improving
customer satisfaction.
Stand on the basis of the DBS, Hae In extracts inventory
list every week from Parts warehouse which provides parts
to 14 local branches/offices then places order to Asia
Distribution Center Warehouse in Singapore. Parts items
are shipped regularly in order to maintain proper inventory
level and it is shown with over 40,000 line items of parts
in stock to maintain 85% parts availability.
We also provide unrivalled back up parts support through
a worldwide parts distribution network in Asia Distribution
Center, Melbourne in Australia, Morton, Los Angeles, Denver,
York in U.S.A and Grim Bergen in Belgium.
