We are also conducting construction machine rental and used machine business and offers convenient financial support through Caterpillar Financial Service (CFSK) to meet our customer's diversified needs.

In 1972, the comprehensive heavy equipment service shop was built to provide the lifetime product support. Parts supply network and customer service team were also launched nationwide. Addition to our continuous efforts, we have strived to reduce the machine service time and improved the customer and employee training quality through the largest indoor repair shop in Korea and training center built in 1996. To develop 'customer satisfaction management', Hae In Corporation built the speediness customer support system with operation of domestic and foreign network.

Through customer satisfaction survey conducted by professional research institution every year, we collect voice of customers to reflect in our management decision. Besides, Notebook computers are being provided to all salesmen and service men as a mean of offering dynamic information to the customers on the job-site.
