Custom Hydraulic
Service (CHS) is a sales support program built
around three elements of hydraulic system
management: Contamination Control, S O S Services,
and Technical Inspections.
The basis of CHS is a comprehensive machine
inspection performed on-site by a Hae In technician.
The inspection includes engine and hydraulic
system performance tests, hydraulic oil sampling
and a walkaround inspection. Results from
the various inspections and fluid sampling
are compared against new machine specs and
a report is issued with recommendations for
corrective action.

A CSA is any arrangement
