Hae In Corporation initiated 6 Sigma team in August
of 2002 to take part in Caterpillar's 6 Sigma movement
promoting organizational culture and structure change.
Caterpillar, who is pursuing 6 Sigma since 2001, and other
companies are already seeing positive bottom-line impact
from the growth benefits, cost savings and efficiencies
and quality improvement of process.
6 Sigma is not an abstract concept but a reform movement
which main focus lies in customer satisfaction through
changes in every part of organization.
6 Sigma uses a set of strategies, statistics and methods
to find root cause. Then, recommended solutions to improve
the process apply to the business transaction.
The goal of 6 Sigma is to increase profits by eliminating
