Hae In Corporation initiated 6 Sigma team in August of 2002 to take part in Caterpillar's 6 Sigma movement promoting organizational culture and structure change. Caterpillar, who is pursuing 6 Sigma since 2001, and other companies are already seeing positive bottom-line impact from the growth benefits, cost savings and efficiencies and quality improvement of process.

6 Sigma is not an abstract concept but a reform movement which main focus lies in customer satisfaction through changes in every part of organization.

6 Sigma uses a set of strategies, statistics and methods to find root cause. Then, recommended solutions to improve the process apply to the business transaction.

The goal of 6 Sigma is to increase profits by eliminating variability, defects and waste that undermine customer loyalty. 6 Sigma is a methodology that provides businesses with the tools to improve the capability of their business processes. This increase in performance and decrease in process variation leads to defect reduction and vast improvement in profits, employee morale and quality of product.
